What is the APEX apps?
With "APEX - Reserve Rides & Deliveries" app, you can request and select an Uber / Lyft driver of your choice, or your favorite driver for FREE. You can request delivery for a low service fee.
"APEX Driver" app helps rideshare & delivery drivers to better control of their time, income, and preference in rideshare/delivery. You can show interest on the rides and deliveries that you choose.
Other features: Mileage/Expense Tracker, APEX Gateway Website.
*APEX is NOT a TNC (transportation network company) like Uber or Lyft apps.
When completing ride reservations made on APEX, it is the responsibility of the rideshare rider and driver to use the predetermined TNC app for the transportation part of the reservation.
What is the cost for using the "APEX - Reserve Rides/Deliveries" and "APEX Driver" apps?
For Riders, It's FREE.
For Deliveries, the service fee is based on total distance and time.
For Drivers, It's FREE. *** As of June 1, 2020, no cost of APEX Driver subscription ($10 monthly value) until December 31, 2020.***
No cost APEX Driver subscription for a new driver. Active drivers (paid subcribers) need to submit a request and will receive redeemable APEX Referral points.
How does the "APEX - Reserve Rides/Deliveries" and "APEX Driver" apps work?
The booking in the APEX works very differently as compared to options currently available in the Uber or Lyft apps.
A rider sets details about the trip to include the pick up location, destination, time and day in the APEX app, which will then appear in APEX Driver app. Drivers or your favorite one can show interest for the trip. Drivers will see the basic info about the trip as soon as they get a reservation request from the rider. Once drivers show their interest, the rider can choose (in the APEX app) the favorite or any driver who have shown interest, and pick a driver that rider likes the best based on the driver’s profile info, picture and other details about the vehicle.
Step 1.
Rider: Make a reservation for now or later (within 30 days) on the APEX app.
Driver: If you available, show interest on APEX Driver app.
Step 2.
Rider: Choose a driver at the APEX app. Then you can “chat or send messages” to the driver. Within an hour of pick up time, you can "call" the driver.
Driver: Once selected by rider, you can "send message or chat" to rider. Within an hour of pick up time, you can "call" the rider.
Step 3.
Driver: When arrived at pick up location, ask/instruct rider to send a “ping” request with Uber or Lyft app. Then "accept" the request & "start" the trip.
The trip transaction happens through Uber/Lyft app.
Rider: When your driver arrives, *open your Uber or Lyft app and initiate a trip request as you normally would. Your driver will accept the trip request, confirm arrival, and start the trip. Please ask your driver if you need any assistance.
*When completing ride reservations made on the APEX app, it is the responsibility of the rideshare rider and driver to use the predetermined Transportation Network Company app (such as Uber or Lyft) for the transportation part of the reservation.

Does my profile photos and bio really matter?
Putting care into creating a good profile is essential. Think of it as your virtual business card, or mini-resume. The riders and businesses (vendors/merchants) choose between different drivers that express interest in a request. They will look at and read your driver profile & bio to determine whether or not they want you to fulfill their request.

What is the APEX Delivery? What's the APEX Delivery fee?
APEX Delivery is a feature that will assist individuals and businesses to request for delivery of goods from point A to B.
Delivery fee is based on length of time and distance of the delivery only.
Install the APEX app & select "Delivery" to get the estimate delivery fee.
Currently available in selected markets.
How does the APEX Driver Referral Program work?
Start today! Referring people you know to drive with the APEX Driver app is a great way to earn referral points.
1. Invite.
Invite great drivers like you to sign up for APEX by sharing your APEX Driver invite code. You can find your APEX Driver invite code in the APEX Driver app. Ways to share your code: Use your APEX Driver app to send referral invites directly from your contact list. Send a personalized text message or trigger an invite email in seconds. Spread the word on social media. Reach your entire network in seconds by sharing your APEX Driver invite code on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
2. Track.
Track the progress of your invitees by going to your APEX Driver app - Invite & Earn tab.
3. Earn.
How to earn APEX Referral Point?
Each user of the "APEX Driver" app has an APEX Driver invite code. Share your invite code to earn referral points.
First:
You will earn 1 referral point whenever your invitee* requested delivery and paid a delivery fee.
*An invitee is any user of the "APEX - Reserve Rides & Deliveries" app and "APEX Delivery" webportal.
Second:
You will earn 2 referral points monthly for each driver you invited that has an active paid APEX Driver subscription.
As the referring driver, you must maintain an active paid subscription to earn referral points.
Referral point does not apply to unpaid or special promotional APEX Driver subscription.
How to redeem/cash out your APEX Referral Point?
A referral point has a value of $0.50. Redemption of Referral Point will be available via PayPal once there are 40 points ($20.00) or more.

Who can be approved as an APEX Driver?
